We have extensive experience in the renovation of existing golf courses, ranging from complete redesigns (keeping little or none of the existing features of a course), to restorations (restoring the original course design intent, look, and feel), to "face-lift" renovations (design and construction of new tees, new greens, and new sand traps), or even just an overhaul or addition of a driving range and/or practice facility.  Whatever our clients' course renovation needs may be, we can adjust our scope of services to suit their objectives, and most importantly, their budget!

We put our computer-enhanced 3D-rendering capabilities (coupled with digital photography) to good use in showing clients exactly how we intend to modify an existing course before construction begins. This way, our clients know exactly what to expect once the project is completed, and gain valuable insights into the design process, allowing for important feedback, presentations to the membership, etc.  The same approach can be taken with new course design as well, providing our clients with a “preview” of the completed course which can also serve as an important sales tool.  A couple of examples of our computer enhanced rendering capabilities are shown on this page.
